    Isnt that a little skinny for you?
    I'm 5 ft 10 and I want to get to 165.
    I mean my cousin is 4ft11 and shes 110 pounds and shes slim ... but 5 ft 7 and 118 lbs?

    i have a really small body frame. my mom is 50 years old and 5'6" and she is 125 pounds. I've consulted with a PT at the gym and my doctor. They said it's probably the lowest I should go, so that's what i'm writing down as my goal. Probably wont make it, but it doesn't really matter. for a small body frame at my height I should be between 118-130
