I make sure my dinner has a TON of protein. Sometime's i'll make myself egg whites or i'll make a half a cup of edamame beans. Keeps me full, and causes me to steer clear from the late night cravings :)

Ugh, some days I definately want to over indulge that is for sure. But, like most of the other posts, I make sure that nothing, even that time of the month get's into my way. I know I will regret it, and it is just a sappy excuse to sit on my butt. :)

I agree to the calorie reduction posts. I recently had a struggle with the "slow weight loss process". I actually started to switch up my meals, because I was practically eating the SAME THING for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I decided to add more PROTEIN to each meal, which kept me fuller. Perhaps upping your protein will help, I find that even after a Quest Bar I am full for the next few hours because of the amount of protein consumed. Try eating slower as well, chew your food and drink some water in between - helps for me!

That's great to hear! I tried it, but unfortunately my energy levels were low AND i was hungry - so I didn't last. I wouldn't mind trying it again at some point.

I sit in an office from 9-5 everyday. I start my day off with a breakfast consisting of PROTEIN, and a little bit of natural sugar (orange juice) rather than coffee. So I usually have one egg, w/ a cup of eggwhites. It keeps me full, and get me going for the day. I also bring healthy snacks with me to work.…
