73lbs and i put it all back on and then some. it's definitely possible to lose weight without working out but i'm not sure it's reasonable to think you could keep it off forever without exercise.

you should really only be weighing yourself once a week. your weight can fluctuate up to 4lbs throughout the day. most likely it's water. it's also possible that you're starting to build more muscle and as we all know muscle weighs more than fat. but i still doubt that you gained 4lbs of muscle in 2 days. i'm sure your…

cardio. i've been doing boxing, step aerobics, swimming. i do yoga too! i don't really know what's going on with my body, it LOVES the fat i guess. i'm trying to push through though. it's just hard.

gained a pound! i'm starting to get really discouraged :( i just keep telling myself my body is confused cause i just started working out last week but it's SO frustrating!!!

my body does the same thing and it is oh so aggravating!!! how can ONE cheat day affect you that much ya know?! i finally just had to realize that sometimes my body just needs time to adjust and so does yours. just keep your eye on the prize and stick to your plans. your body will catch up eventually. good luck!!!

it's this workout that amazon recommended. it came with resistance bands and this thing called a transformer (which is basically a longer exercise ball) I guess his "plan" is to do each exercise for one whole minute. one of the reviews i read said a woman about my size lost 20 lbs in a month and she had lupus! sounded good…

have you tried swimming? it burns tons of calories but it's still fairly low impact. i don't know how it affects the rib cage but i know that's what they suggested with my bad knees. just a thought. hope you feel better soon!!!

I'm a little late but i'll join in. my starting weight is 229! my final goal is 136 but my short term goal is 199 by thanksgiving.

it's definitely not just you. i'm not a dispatcher but i do work overnights as a security guard and it's so hard to get motivated when you get home in the morning! i usually try and make myself do it when i get home though cause i'm less likely to do it when i wake up. hope you can find the motivation too! GOOD LUCK!!!

i hated that game so much i returned it. but maybe it's just a preference. i found it to be fairly repetitive and not as much fun as it looked on tv. and the yoga was not relaxing at all which is what i want when i choose to do yoga. i hope it works for you though!

this may sound crazy but you might not be eating enough. you need to make sure to incorporate whole grains and protein as well. not just fruits and veggies. of course i'm not an expert this is just what i've learned going through this process. add me if you need a weight loss buddy =)
