barry's boot camp

has anyone on here tried barry's boot camp? i just got it but i'm waiting to attempt it until i've quit smoking which i'm doing this week (i really am!) i guess i just want to get an idea about it before i start it.

also, please feel free to add me! i could use more friends on here =)

    I haven't heard of it but just wanted to say good job on the quitting smoking. You can do it!!!!

    it's this workout that amazon recommended. it came with resistance bands and this thing called a transformer (which is basically a longer exercise ball) I guess his "plan" is to do each exercise for one whole minute. one of the reviews i read said a woman about my size lost 20 lbs in a month and she had lupus! sounded good to me and it was only $20! i figured i had nothing to lose. i'm interested to see if it works.
