hi i have cereal milk banana and oj about 350-400 calories.

hi i eat about 300-400 breakfeast and about 300-400 lunch with about a 200 snack between them. for dinner about 400-500.then another 200-300 snack. good luck:happy:

hi yes i had a bad day. i had a slice of pizza and a outmeal cookie. but still within my calorie count. hang in there tomarrow is a new day.
