Oh cool! Great feeling! I can't wait for my next session of racketball with my husband. He is really good at it but I am better at running :-) My nsv is I am enjoying my lifting sessions even more than before :-) making time for them

Today is my 365th day on MFP :-) and I bought myself a cooking book to celebrate :-)

Went running yesterday and my shadow was so slim! This really makes me look at myself differntly and I can see the progress better :-)

This morning I hugged my husband and realised my stomach was not in the way :-) great feeling !

I am slowly working towards some of my mini chellenges. One step at a time. This is really new to me because I used to get really obsessed by only one challenge that I couldn't make progress in anything else. So huge victory !
