I'm a simple girl on this one. I use the machines mostly. I try to hit at least 1-2 machines for each muscle group (biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, abs, glutes, and legs). I usually workout 5 (maybe 6 days) a week. Cardio every day (30-60 min), strength training 2x/wk. My net calories usually run about 800/day. I vary my cardio almost everyday (swimming, treadmill, eliptical, stairmaster). I try to keep my body guessing what is next.

I LOVE SWIMMING as well. I am not the greatest at swimming without taking a break every so many laps. However, it is a wonderful exercise and burns lots of calories. Luckily, my gym is open 24/7 and has indoor and outdoor pools.
