Nice to see so many people faithful to the BB programs. Today for me is Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs but I might swap it with my Sunday (rest but really get on the elliptical day) since I have a show I am dying to watch. Glad to see the progress people have made with the programs, esp the long time BB fans. =)

Because when you exercise you burn off extra calories. Your body is already burning calories all day and the number they set, 1200 is to recover what you burn naturally. When you exercise you are burning more.. for lack of a better word, unnaturally. So you have to eat them back to get back to 1200.... or higher depending…

Another thing I have read is that if you eat more protein for breakfast and not many carbs, ie eggs instead of cereal, you will be less likely to crave carbs the rest of the day.

This is hilarious! I have never noticed! I have noticed loss in my girls (happy about that actually).. my belly and believe it or not.. my fingers! My rings are getting way to loose!

Some people eat cinnamon on foods or take cinnamon capsules. Supposed to help with the cravings.

I heard Power 90 is great way to start before P90X.. I do not take any supplements except for vitamins.

I guess I will start! I am currently on week 7 of a P90X/Insanity Hybrid. I recently bought new weights and new resistance band and this weekend I am on the hunt for a 64oz water bottle!! After my P90X/Insanity Hybrid I plan on a P90X/Turbo Fire hybrid and I CAN NOT wait!!!

Absolutely positive get an HRM or a Bodybugg. For me peronsally.. MFP and gym machines were never ever right. HRM is probably the closest you will come to the correct number..

FYI to pizza lovers.. I have a recipe for a low cal pizza. 1 flatout - 90 cals 1/4 cup contadina pizza sauce 30 cals 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese 90 cals 7 slices of hormel pepperoni 70 cals. 10minutes at 350 degrees. 280 cals total. You can also make it healthier using veggies instead of pepperoni.

I do cardio workouts without shoes, just socks. Some people have talked about shoes vs not shoes on here somewhere. Anyways that is what I do.

Only if I am hungry... for the most part I try to stay as close to 1200 as possible. I never let myself go hungry so I will have a small snack. Even if that means I am over net or on a few occasions over all together.
