I do not have any children so my only advice is to get familiar with the exercises first and that period when tony is talking fast forward a little bit. I do that now but that is just because I am impatient and I want to get my workout done without long pauses. Like the one lady said, it will cut out about 10 minutes or so.

Alot of people that burn high amounts with P90X or Insanity also do a double workout. Whether its running or elliptical or even another cardio routine. I burn anywhere from 300-400 alone doing one routine of either P90X or Insanity. When my burn is higher it is because I also did my elliptical that day as well. I too…

I weigh myself a few times a day. Just to see whats going on. It is habit for me. I also eat better this way.. maybe cut a few more carbs add some protein instead etc etc. I log my weight when I go down. Even if it is the next day. I always log a loss.

Oh yea! I take one muscle relaxer at night because I grind and clench my teeth. So I have stopped my morning headaches with those. I thought that maybe that was the reason for all my headaches but sadly not. At least I have managed those ones. I can do excedrin tension headache medicine but not excedrine migraine. it works…

One last thought.. the lady that used to wax my eyebrows got a migraine during child birth. It was so extreme that she almost had a stroke. Some people don't understand the severity of this. I was told that it is a disease, unfortunately an incurable one. It is not to be taken lightly and more people should educate…
