That looks like a really good schedule to me! As far as calories go.. yes you need to eat back your exercise calories no matter what. However, alot of people (even me) don't eat every single calorie back. Some do 1/2 to 3/4. But no matter what you should never eat less than around 1200-1500 calories a day when exercising.…

Walk your stairs! As for DVD's - All Jillian Michaels.. think the most popular is 30 day shred. Pretty inexpensive. P90X/Insanity/Turbo Fire - all from beachbody.com - expensive. Those are my favs!

Fall asleep anywhere from 8pm to 9:30pm Wake up at 4:45 am 7hrs and 45 minutes at the least. on the weekends probably around 10 hours.

I don't have the pull up bar but I do have bands that I have tied up so I use them. One of the men in the video uses bands so I just follow him. However you will need weights. At least 5lb ones to start.

As for making healthy meals.. what I did was took a pen and pad to the bookstore.. found healthy cookbooks and started writing down the meals that I though would be good for myself and my FH. Obviously you can always buy the books as well. I have filled up my recipe box and I am always still looking out for great recipes.…
