Well, you both sound like me! I was doing well - lost 1/2 my goal on MFP and had foot issues and gained it all back. I am ready to get back where I was and complete my goal! Friend me if you like :smile:

I have been here since mid January. Pleased with my progress, losing at a slower pace than some here, re-training myself for a lifestyle change. I tend to make breakfast and lunch my lowest calorie meals, and save the rest for dinner (I do not starve myself during the day). I know that what I am doing is just the opposite of what they say you should do - so far, it it seems to be working for me...
