crock pot to the rescue!! You can buy a less expensive piece of meat and get everything ready the night before. When you wake up throw it all in the crock and it will be done when you get home!!

I have some Thomas 100% whole wheat bagel thins..they are 110 cals, 1 gr fat, 24 carbs and 3 gr sugar. Not to bad!!! I like to use Brummel and Brown spread with them!! I just plan the rest of my meals around it when I have them. Good Luck!

AH, I understand.. maybe.....you can make the sauce as your recipe and break it down into more servings?? Like 30 or so if your only gonna have 2 Tlbs. and the add your chicken separately. That's about all I got!! :)

I make everything into a recipe and it will break it down into a per serving count for you. Just be real about how many servings you will have or make. I hope this helps :) Good luck on your journey!!

That's a great idea!! I got TONS of motivation from when I saw my cousin for the 1st time in years and she said "Gina used to be the skinny one!" I think all the blood drained from my face and my heart sank to my feet. :(

Bud 55 has even less alcohol :( that's why I went with the 64, but true it's like drinking water!! lol

Yep! I I have switched to MGD light 64 cals, 2.4 carbs. I set my goals at 1000 cals so I have have my beer!! I also watch my sugars. I just make sure that water is the only other thing I drink :)
