The simple answer is... "what do you do when you fall off your horse?????" Most of us are also emotional eaters so we get it. I personally get right back on. Know you might feel like crap for a while but it will pass. And the next time you want to "emotionaly eat", log on and talk to us first. Let us be your sounding board…

you are awesome! Keep it off!!!!!!

YES! I have fibromyalgia and my main reason for going low carb was for pain management.
-
I also give my dog blue buffalo. I think a good rule of thumb is that the first 5 ingredients are meats and whole foods not fillers or bi products. Also, how big of a dog is it? My dog only eats 2 cups per day so the savings on a cheap dog food would not be worth it.

I like the dress but don't think it is as flattering as it would be if it was another inch lower in the front. I love the shoes but they are way too clunky for the delicate fabric of the dress.

My diary is also open. Fell free to take a peek as I have been on very lc for about 13 weeks. Debbie

I changed my FB pic and someone said my face looks soooooo skinny!

For years I couldn't wash dishes because if my fingers touched together, with the soap on them, I would gag. My best friend would chase me with a bottle of dish soap becuase he thought it was so funny. (as I typed this, my mouth got watery and I feel a little sick)

I'm 43, from NJ, and currently doing vary low carb.

I wouldn't even considfer surgery until 2 things happened. 1- I stayed at my goal weight for 2 years 2 - I worked out 3-5 times per week in those 2 years. I've lost 100 lbs twice. 80% of people who lose more then 50 lbs gain it back. I would be 100% certain that I wouldn't gain any weight back and that I did everything in…

I am currently enjoying a small glass (alright, not THAT small) ove my new favorite white. Yellow Tail tree free chardonay. I keep it down to 2 glasses per day and I work it into my daily allotment. Life is for living! Enjoy! Debbie

I love it with snapper but the tilapia was only $4.99 per lb. Cheap and healthy dinner!
-
eggs cheese bacon steak fish almonds wine Can you tell I'm low carb!
-
the carb count on mfp is not net carbs so fiber shouldn't have anything to do with it. If you open your diary I can be more helpful. I've been at less then 10 carbs a few days. No need to increase them as long as you are feeling good.

open your diary so that we can see what you are eating log everything eat a balance get your body moving and feel free to friend me. I personally do very low carb but have been at this weight loss thinhg my entire life.
