Well done. The only advice I have is keep logging. As soon as I stop logging for a holiday or special occasion I go crazy eating. I need to log to keep me accountable. I put on 11 lbs over the Christmas period as I thought oh I won't log il have a break. I eat so much less when I have to see those red numbers on my diary. X

Don't panic. I ate whatever I felt like when pregnant. I did only want plain foods in the beginning such as toast but towards the end was loving cream cakes. If im wanting lower calorie alcaholic drincks i go for vodka and diet coke or archers and diet lemonade. X

Im 5ft 4 and float between 140-145 lb and feel i look to thin if i go much lower than that x

Im 5 ft 4 and float around 140-145 lb and my daily maintenance works out around 1900 a day. I do eat less Mon-Fri though so i can eat/drink a bit more at the weekend. X

I do it daily to keep myself on track. I also like to do it to see what certain certain food/alcahol/water intake can do to my weight. Eg after having an indian meal with lots of wine i can be up 5 lb the day after. A day of drinking lots more water than normal i can be down a few lbs. X

I am on the top end of my healthy range,if i have a bad week i enter the over weight range but im happy where i am. I have weighed less and dont look good my face looked gaunt and i looked to thin. Im happy with a uk size 10/12 x

Mine is about 4/5 lbs and also thats what im happy with if it goes above those 5lb i cut my calories back until im in that weight range again x

When i closed my diary yesterday it was still saying it. I was over goal yesterday but even when ive been under goal its said it. Maybe it doesnt if your under 1200 a day? X

Maybe you are a 32b then if the 32 is snug to start remember they do give a bit once you wear them. Trial and error i hate bra shopping x

I always find the best thing to do is get measured properly and just use that as a starting point. I got measured the other week they told me i was a 36DD and after trying on about 20 different sizes/styles i was happy with 1 particular brand, balconette 34DD. Every brand varies so much your best just to try a few on. X

I lost 7 lb in the 1st week, then it was 4,then 3, then it averaged to 2. X

I always have a cheat day if you want to call it that but its not really a cheat day as i still log it all but its just a day where im in the red, overall i never go over my weekly calories so i figure im allowed it. I think it does you good to sort of have a day off it gives you something to look forward to. X

Ive hit my goal weight about 2 months ago, i love it. I still catch myself in the mirror and have to do a double take im proud of myself. You will get there soon and love it too x
