    SW - 15st 5 (215lb) / 41in waist
    CW - 14st 3 (199lb) / 37in waist
    GW - ???? / 27in waist

I've given up on the idea of a goal weight - I have no idea what to set it as. So I've decided to go with the waist meaurement for a size 10 (UK) as my goal instead. I'm pretty sure that when I get there I'm not going to care what number the scale says.

    SW - 15st 8 (218lbs)
    CW - 13st 1 (183lbs)
    GW - 9st 4 (130lbs) or around that!

It's interesting to see the goals & progress for other women of the same height :)

I wonder if the GW changes as you lose weight. Anyone else around 120lbs out there? :) I've been as low as 112 lbs (107.5 lbs is the lowest with a healthy BMI). I know at 121.5 lbs I still feel a few lbs on me. Around 117 lbs I feel long and lean.

I'm sure it does. My ultimate goal is to be around 20% BF and I don't care if that puts me at 140lbs or 115lbs or anywhere in-between.

    165cm,
    Sw 60kg
    Cw 58kg
    gw 52-54kg

Even at the same height, people's body shape, size and composition can range dramatically!
    Good luck everyone! :)

    I'm 25 yo. 5'3.5"

    SW: 170 lbs
    CW : 120 lbs

I dipped to 115 lbs before reversing my calories to bulk. My current goal is to reach 130 lbs and if my BF% is below 25%, keep going(I ended my cut at 17%)! Don't have a goal weight. Then, cut back down to maybe 120 lbs before repeating.
