  • Don't stop drinking water...................it is EXCELLANT for you.....but remember...this is not a diet you are doing, it is a life change. Drinking water is a huge part of it.   • Don't freak out. It's great after a workout, it gets rid of the choco craving and it is just chocolate milk.
