The eating disorders are actually in EM2WL. It is simply the disorders some of us have had by counting cals, over exercising, Low cal, Low Carb, Low Fat....eat this not that....drink this drink that....anything really to excess. The juice I like - the Dr. Oz has only apples, lemon and lime as a fruit and charts at 207 cals a serving. I am feeling safe about that I think :) We shall see how it goes.

I wish I could say it was a vacation. I am out of town 1 time a month for work. And it has me running all over for clients, and staying on friends sofa, eating her food. So it makes preparing difficult. I brought snacks, but just was not a good week. I think I will have to bring a cooler with food next time round :(

I hope to keep at this weight, but going away for work again at the end of the month (every month 5 days gone). This is when I gained it last time. Thanks guys, I am stable here at this 8lb gain......not losing it....yet. Sticking with EM2LW, not giving up. I hate being this size but I understand the process and I know that 245 is not where I will be forever........hangin tough at TDEE at least another 8 weeks.

My goal is to eat as clean as possible. I see no reason to eat anything processed. I can't say that I will not on occasion but I don't wanna if I don't have to.
