So if it is possible that I am gaining because I am possibly eating over TDEE, how long do I do that for????? I am only week 3 on my 12 week re-set....do I worry about it or just keep at it? I have not gained since I got home and have been eating again.

I can't speak for everyone, but EM2WL from my understanding is a life change, so for me personally, I am not too concerned with how fast I lose. We are all very different. Some people eat Low Carb - I say cut out all the noodles, breads, chips and crappy carbs.....stick with the protein, nuts, veggies and cheese....way better then processed stuff.

Not anti carbs, just anti crap carbs, like flour, processed grains, sugar, rice and stuff that we have adapted to using as FILLERS....get off the crap carbs and lose....happens :)
