Try fasting from sugars for a week and watch what happens. I was having the same troubles, even went to the doctor. He put me on a lower carb diet plan. I eat the Atkins way, started from the beginning Induction phase. I DO NOT count calories at all. I count only the carbs. I find that I am NEVER hungry or feel deprived of anything and rarely go over 1700 cals a day. I lost 10lbs…

Yeah I could do without the wraps for sure, thats a conscious choice, I lost 19 pounds the first time I did Atkins. I suppose I could throw them in the freezer for an occasional meal.....Will try it out the remainder of the month. Thanks

Yes.....what you said! When I first started MFP in 2008 I counted cals and worked almost the whole day trying to maintain my under 1200 cals goal......IT SUCKED. It was not my idea to go low carb, but I am sure glad I did...none of the old worries anymore...just track that fat and carb section....whew.
