I find it easier if I don't think I have to have a whole serving of the "junk food" too. For example, I really wanted a cookie today but serving was 4, so I had 1 and made sure I logged it in :-0 good luck, you'll find what works for you:smile:

I have the same problem so I wish you luck in this search. It seems like I always have extra calories but nothing else.... and I can't think of anything to eat that will use up just those....

Sometimes the weight shifts before you lose it.... look for shifts I do!! :tongue:

Does anyone have an opinion if that is true as to how much you will lose. I feel like I don't lose as much as it says I will even though I'm doing what I'm suppose to. Does anyone find it accurate or have another opinion?? Thanks! :smile:

I feel that way all the time. I started to make sure I turned away when others brought in cake. When it was cake time I would go for a walk so I wasn't near it. Sometimes when I get the urge to order I will put a picture of someone really skinny or my goal around the house, on the phone book or fridge to remind me to make…
