If you don't take in enough calories, your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose any weight. You need to give your body the fuel (food) it needs to keep going. The more you weigh, the more fuel you need. As you lose weight you will need less calories.

Yes, on weight watchers produce is free of points. I lost 8# on weight watchers, so I know it works. I just make sure I have fruits and vegies with every meal. Since they are low calorie and they fill me up, I've been able to keep my calories in check. Enough so that I can even have a little chocolate or ice cream almost…
