@soybeaner. After a cold virus that has burst thru our house I'm only Finished day 1 week 6 today. I'm going to workout everyday to catch up to u by next Monday. Week 7. It's nice to have had u on the same day as me.

Also, last time I pulled something I used the icyhot patches and they worked well.

Ya I don't blame u. U don't want to further pull your glute nor compromise your form. You should be good in a week or so. It just sucks to have to have to pause after you've come so far but life always gets in the way!! I completed my week 5 day 6 today. Trying to catch up for week 6 starting Monday. Should be doable.

I was sick Thursday til Saturday then did a workout in Sunday but then not today cuz I had my little one sick at home. Will try to catch up this week.

I have no experience but you could search the discussion board. Hope this helps. You may have to double up workouts on Saturday. Lol!!

I agree, I feel stronger and I can totally tell the changes in my body. The scale has barely moved but I feel great and very proud of all of us!! On to week 4 tomorrow

Down another 5 inches all from lower body, and down 2 lbs.!!! that's a total of 10 inches for me in one month, couldn't be happier!!!

Did cardio 1 yesterday and JM kickboxing cardio video. Then a 2 mile walk with dogs. Burned 500 cals.

Done too! Plus 15 min treadmill mile. Surrenders are brutal. Upped my weight today to 10s and 15s.

Done! Was a little easier this time but still pouring In sweat.

Another inch or so. No pounds again!! 1200 cals per day and eating clean.

After two weeks I'm down five inches. All from the upper body and chest. My thighs and calves are up a little. Absolutely nothing off the scale. Argh!

Opted for a cardio kick class at the ymca yesterday. 45 minutes, kicked my a@@!

They are all appreciated. Having a better week though. No snow days this week....so far and Ive been able to work out every day since Monday. Cardio day....oh joy!!!

I think it might be from the standing kickouts. I found that really tough on my hips.

Finished, did all the hard moves with weights. Added 20 minute jog on the treadmill and 20 minute walk with the dogs as a cool down. Still fitbit said only 175 calories.

Yes that is admirable. Hoping you are finding time for a power nap in the afternoon. Great to hear Im not alone....Seems that a lot of times Mommy comes last. We will get through this for our kids, schedules and husbands!!

Finished yesterday, added 15 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes shovelling the driveway. Forgot to turn my fitbit on....argh! Lost about 1.5 lbs. Cheated a little bit on the weekend. Going to make a vegetable soup and a few tilapia fillets today to keep on track.
