Quick tip, if you want to post a picture you have to put the link in between [ img ] *link here* [ /img ] . Remove ALL spaces and it should work. It should look like this [ img]http://data3.whicdn.com/images/6175898/large.jpg[/img ] (but without the space at the beginning and end.)

Whoa, just calm down! There is a huge difference between taking before/after pics, and taking a pic just to be sexy. You need to realize that this site is mostly made up of people wanting to lose weight and needing motivational friends, and people that have reached their goal and like helping others and sharing tips.

Struggle is right about you gaining muscle. Measure your waist, hips, arms, neck, and thighs. Measure them again in a month and you should notice a difference. Drink more water and if you don't like the taste then get flavor packets.

New plan then. Cram the salad in as fast as you can, then run around the block or until your lunch break is over. Have a 1 person dance party. Do 50 push-ups/crunches. Or if your a quiet person just keep some 5 pound dumbbells under your desk/in your locker and use them till your arms are about to fall off.

Maybe you should drink more water. I love Lipton Mango Pineapple Iced Green Tea To Go Packets. A large glass( mine holds 2 cups of water) with 1 mixed in will keep me full for a good 2-4 hours. Whenever you get snacks put single servings in Ziploc bags and that might help a little. I would buy at least 1 sweet a week or…
