I am using about 600 calorie on breakfast and I don't know how to reduce my calorie intake for breakfast. Do you guys have any breakfast ideas?

I don't know what to do!! Ok here the deal ,I have a big problem working out. I mean I start for one week and then the next week i get lazy and don't work out at all. So how can i say motived to work out? I don't like the gym, I think it a waste of money and I don't have anybody to work out with. So what do I do????:frown:
