Is there a right time to eat breakfast ?and Do you have to eat breakfast at the same time everyday? i eat breakfast about 9 or 10 o'clock but not at the same time everyday. I don't know what to do!! Ok here the deal ,I have a big problem working out. I mean I start for one week and then the next week i get lazy and don't work out at all.
