I am using about 600 calorie on breakfast and I don't know how to reduce my calorie intake for breakfast. Do you guys have any breakfast ideas?

I have 1 and 1/2 cups of cereal with 1 light yogurt, that's around 300 calories, depending on what kind of cereal you use and I like frozen berries in mine sometimes, 1/2 cup is only 35 cal.

I use almond breeze instead of milk and I use eggbeaters instead of whole eggs. that alone cut my calorie intake in half.

If you're drinking your calories you may consider not drinking them. Eat an orange instead of drinking orange juice, water instead of milk.

I usually have a large bowl of cereal, milk and a banana. It comes to about 450 calories.

Or I have 2 pieces of turkey bacon a fried egg and one slice of toast (ezekiel sprouted grain) with margarine and strawberry jam, 342 calories. That meal amazes me in how much it fills me up and keeps me from being hungry later.

also if you drink coffee you can easily spend 50 calories on cream so be careful with that.

Oatmeal is a good low-cal but filling option. Add a piece of fruit like a peach or 1/2 a grapefruit, and some yogurt and you've got a wholesome, tasty 250cal breakfast.

    1/2 c oats (cooks to 1 cup) - 150 cals
1 tbsp protein powder (MLO Vegetable, doesn't upset my tummy) - 40 cals
1 tbsp natural peanut butter - 95 cals
splenda or whatever sweetener you use

    280 cals, 29g carbs, 6g fiber, 11g fat, 20 g protein

You can replace traditional breakfast with lower-cal options:

    light turkey sausage
    turkey bacon
    vegetarian sausages
    skim milk
egg whites to replace some whole eggs
whole grain bread that's high in fiber
    fruit instead of juice
