i thought you had to keep your food calories at 1200 or more because thats why it tells some people your eating to few calories. your supossed to eat atleast 1200 calories a day and your supposed to burn more calories than you eat

actually i was wondering the same thing but then i realized the only time mine says im eating to less is when my food calories are under 1200 it doesnt matter about your net calories. at the end of the day you should have your food calories say 1200 or more becuase if it says any less then thats when it will tell you that…

i do jillian micheals yoga meltdown its awesome it gets me working all the muscles in my tomach and my back and even though she is just on the television she seems to keep me motivated.
