Feeling good about yourself is so important, it will help you balance your life, in good times and bad. I'm so sorry you experienced the losses that you have, I also had several and it is devastating. BUT - I managed to keep trying and had two other healthy children, so don't give up, enjoy your life and cherish what you…

In my Opinion - 1) the weight loss will slow down, but should settle in to a nice even pace. You will probably hit a plateau or two, but just keep on doing what you are doing. - 2) restricting to 1200 calories is a healthy calorie count. You can exercise and eat back your calories if you like, but the idea is to have a…

So glad for you, Mom and your sisters. Great news and I hope the healing continues. I lost my Mom to Alzheimers on 9/11/14. Love everyone moment you have with your Mom and your sisters, I also lost my sister to cancer on 3/17/14. You never know what life has in store for you - savor every moment.

I have had that for quite a few years, and it does seem to make it difficult to loose weight. I maintained for a long time, got sloppy with my eating habits and put it all back on in a heartbeat. So I am back at it again. It does take a little while for the meds to kick in, so now that you have leveled off, you may start…

I like a night snack, build it into your calorie count. I do the same, salt and sweet. sometimes kettle popcorn (the best of both worlds) 100 calorie pack. Or apple with pnut butter. I also love pickles and get the bread and butter ( no sugar added)

We have all done that. It is great that you logged it and recognize what an oops it was. Now climb back on and get with it again. It might be better if you allow yourself a small splurge every now and then, it might help you to avoid the next binge.

used it - I have redish hair anyway - so I had the nice orange/copper tint. When curlfree came out I thought I died and gone to heaven, between the two my hair was always "crispy"
