I started this Monday as well. Definitely feeling it.

My mom is my number 1 for support. We started MFP together on the same day and have been working at losing weight together. I can talk to her about EVERYTHING from "oops, made a bad food choice" to "I kicked butt at the gym today" and everything in between. My husband is a close 2nd. He's so proud of my progress and hard…

Food scale and my Misto sprayer. Use them everyday.

That's going on my list.

I have an official weigh in every Sunday. This is the weight I count towards my weight loss. But I do like to step on the scale each morning. I like to see how different things affect my body. Like, if I had a day with not so good eating habits, I like to see the affect and see how long it takes to go away. I don't get…

I've worn my HRM monitor while doing crunches. It barely gets my heart rate to 110.

I bought a HRM and a Backpack cooler. I reward myself with things that I will end up using to keep reaching my goal. Though, my final reward when I lose all the weight will be a new wardrobe and a new tattoo. I like 15lb mini goals but I have some other nonscale goals such as fitting back into my original wedding rings and…

I sew what I can to help make them fit longer. I also had some smaller fitting clothes that I outgrew that I can now fit back into. I also have some ppl that I can trade clothes with while we are on this weight loss journey together. One way to get some better fitting clothes without breaking the bank is to hit up some…

I've slowly been doing this with myself. Oatmeal was one of the foods that I couldn't stand a few months ago. Now, I eat it every so often (small steps). I've also found way to eat other veggies that I would never have eaten. I'm learning to eat the better food choices and learn to enjoy them.

Those must be the ones you had to sweat extra hard to fit into your daily goal. ;-)

I eat bread everyday. I usually buy and eat the "light" bread such as Sara Lee 45 delight, FoldIt Flatbread by Hungry Girl, and Thomas Light English Muffins. Whole wheat breads never white.

I try to make the ones I wear last as long as I can.. using a belt, etc. When that fails, then I start to get rid of the old ones (yardsale) and then go to yardsales to buy some cheap temp clothes. I won't buy anything nice until I get to my goal weight.

I'm exhausted just thinking about it, lol.

Update on my mileage challenge: 80.75 miles so far.

Yes and yes! I'm 26, 2 kids, and husband is deployed (again, lol).

Sounds yummy! Posting so I can find it later. :)

Each subway has little pamphlets with the nutritional information of all of their food. You can always check out the differences in bread and see what would work best for you.

Go with the packaging. The package I get has a 80 cal per 3 oz serving. It changes with brand. I think that size plays a role but not sure why it is so different.. but it is.

Did 5.1 miles on the elliptical and 4.6 miles on stationary bike today!
-
How will you be tracking it? Do they have an exercise tracker for miles?
-
All the time. It has become an obsession almost. I'm that person that stands in the grocery store with a few different products comparing the labels to make sure I get the best option.

I've had the implanon in for 2 years now. This is the first time I've ever had any problems besides the unpredictability in cycles. I plan on getting in to see the Dr... whenever an apt opens up. I avoid going to the ER unless I absolutley must. This is the first time since I've had it that I've started an active lifestyle…

I find that it's the only "alone" time I get.. and I LOVE it! lol Somedays it's hard to get started but I know that I'll enjoy it once I get started and always feel good about myself afterwards. So, I use that to get me there. It sucks right now but I'll be so happy/proud/(insert adjective) once I complete my workout. One…

I'm on here daily. I use it on both my phone and computer. It really keeps me motivated. Extra support is always better!

That's good to hear! The one I was worried about most was the one on my upper back. I have some on my ankles but don't see them being too affected. Thanks for sharing! :)
