  • I good little snack I'll have sometimes to stop a craving is dipping a hershey kiss into some peanut butter. It's way less calories than a peanut butter cup but a similar taste :) Good luck! And if you go over today, just make up for it tomorrow!! --A
  • Hey There, Its a good program but super intense. I thought I was in good shape when I started and was sadly put in my place. When I was finished I was in the best shape of my life. Definitely a good investment. You will love the results :) A
  • Just try to keep the goal in mind. Once your clothes start fitting better it's more and more motivation to keep going! I started at 151 now i'm down to 131....you can totally do it!! And everyone here is here to support you!
  • i agree...keep going. it took me weeks and weeks to start to see any weight loss and i was working out 6 days a week. in the first 7 weeks i think i only lost 3 lbs or so....in the next month or so after that is when i really started to drop the weight....just keep doing what you are doing... :) you'll get there
  • i have insanity and it's worth the money. i'm in the best shape of my life and i'm about 5 weeks in. iv'e lost 5 lbs so far and feel amazing. my husband noticed a difference right away. don't get me wrong...they are hard as well and you will work your tail off but it's worth it. Good Luck!!
