Yes, that is actually what I am doing. I'm following the Atkins diet for my PCOS so im wondering if that is the reason why I feel so full because of the fats as its a high fat moderate protein & low carb diet? I'm so uneducated when it comes to dieting ect. I'm abit confused. I just don't feel my lack of hunger is healthy.…

Yes I'm from London. I think thats probably why im not very hungry. Im not actually burning anything. I walk about an hour a day for work...but I guess that isn't enough.

If I didn't eat when I'm not hungry Id be living off 1 meal a day...surely that's not healthy? From the threads I have read on here even 1200 is insanely too low? I still have atleast 34lbs to lose so the fact im still in the "over weight category" surely my appetite should be better than what it is? I'm losing weight…

Not that I know of. But it is my time of the month but it was also in my first pic so technically I should still look abit smaller by now after a stone even with the bloating if I was bloated in the first? Shouldn't I?

Thanks. My clothes don't feel much different, Especially my jeans. My size 14s still feel tight. I haven't measured myself, I must go and buy a tape. But the pics were both taken in the bathroom from the front and the side with my stomach on display so I don't understand? The area of my stomach just under my breasts sticks…

I know Im a "tad" late but I had to reply. I'm currently 174lbs (originally 186lbs two weeks ago) and once I hit 135lbs Im having my boobs done. My Fiance is paying for them as my treat for getting to a healthy weight and reaching my goal. Im looking to go to an E (Currently a deflated C) but my decision may change closer…
