Yup..totally crazy...used to be like clock work after having my son (almost 2 yrs old) I lost the first 90 pounds in 6 months, and then the last 6 a few months later...My last cylce was Sept of 2011..3 pg tests and a dr exam..im NOT pg...she thinks its my weight loss...oh well..I don't really miss it!! LOL

If I were you I would start "batch cooking"...take 1 day a week and cook a whole pack of chicken, a package of ground turkey, and a pound of hambuger...Makes meals out of them where all you need to do is add side dishes. I was doing this on my own, until hubby saw how much I lost, and that its not a"hard" to follow. I lost 96 pounds last yr, and am on maintainance since the end of aug. He has lost over 40 :)

If you are careful, you may not even gain back the amt you lost. 4 in all...16 yr old step son, then we have a 4,yr old 2,yr old and 1yr old (boys)...the (4,2,1 we all had in a matter of 12 months time)....figure that one out :)

Well being I have NEVER been a single digit size until now, Im taking my 6 and 8's and running with it!! :) Im 5'9 150ish pounds...down from 246 in march of last year...maintaing since the end of aug 2011 You've lost an amzaing amt of weight too...just enjoy it!

Thankfully I work out at home or walk outside..Im happily married, and really wouldn't appreciate someone gawking at me while trying to workout at a gym. HOWEVER, I'd never dress trashy to get those unwanted looks/comments! Baggy sweats/longer shorts/and t shirt for me!

I LOVE this site..I even tweak them down more and put them in "my recipes"..on MFP...I lost 90 pounds in 6 months, then lost another 6 pounds over the following 2 months..(after a back injury) it CAN be done!!
