Not sure what kind of work you do, but i work in an office and definitely love my sleep more than food, so i keep a bowl and the little pouches of oatmeal in my desk. When i get to work, i make myself oatmeal. :)

I carry a shaker cup with protein powder and drink it right after working out. If i'm at the gym, i use the water fountain to fill up the cup!

You can actually have up to 6! Go to food and then settings. There you can add some fields and even edit the names of your existing ones. I have 6 on mine!

Look up the Paleo diet... It's gluten and dairy free! I happened to just be reading up on it right now. I wouldnt even call it a diet. More like a lifestyle change which seems to be what you are looking for! Good luck!

I like mine with some flavor and spice. All i add is some Tony Chachere Creole seasoning! You can get it at the grocery store in the spices section. the packaging is green with a little chef on it. It last forever because all it takes is a little bit on your chicken!

I wash my hair every other day when i don't work out. I do however wash it every day i work out! so if i workout everyday, than i wash it. It's a preference for me. I feel gross if i don't.
