I would assume that you are losing fat and gaining muscle (thus no move on the scale) Have you noticed a difference in inches?

My "Rest" Day is on Sundays but I'm only on day 5 currently. I'm actually really excited to start week 2 to see if I can do more than I did this week!!!

I hope you guys are still doing this because I could definitely use some accountability!! I'm starting the program tonight and I'm super nervous that I'm going to make excuses to quit once the burn starts.
