iphone has an app for this (call me crazy, but I use their sleep hypnosis one.. it was free when I got it and it works really well.. surprisingly and as an insomniac I was the BIGGEST skeptic..) so I wouldn't be opposed to trying it.. if It wasn't five bucks. I'd love to try it out before..

I have a broken foot, and have found SOME yoga to feel absolutely invigorating. There is always ab work you can do :)
