Look up whole30.com and it lays out everything you would need to know! you are eliminating added sugars, processed foods, grains, soy, dairy for 30 days. You are permitted to eat as much compliant food as you would like and it really does help. I did my first round 3 months ago and have kept a lot of the same principles…

Not a perfect dieter... but i'm trying! haha i've actually cut wayyyy back on soda. and used to eat fast food constantly. Coffee is a thing that must stay. I'm willing to bend on anything else haha

I am thinking this is going to be the only way for me as well... babysitters are expensive and unreliable. I also didn't realize how close one of the gym's was to me! I think i'm going to give it a test run tomorrow and see how it goes! Thanks for all the input guys! :blush:
