Logging with Crohn's Disease.
Does anyone have any knowledge on logging calories while dealing with Crohn's? My goal calculated by the website is 1290 calories which is fine... but I'm nervous that maybe I'm not eating enough because I am always starving and so tired! Lunch Hour workout?
Does anyone here work out on their lunch hour? The gym is only 10 mins from me so I'm thinking I could get a good 25-30 minutes in but was unsure if it was a good idea or not.... thoughts?

Too much Protein?
Is it bad to eat more than the recommended amount of protein if you stay under your calorie/fat range???

CARB overage...
I ALWAYS go over on carbs... I've really been trying and it seems like I go over like 30-40 everyday. I'm lost, what's the best strategy to cut back on these? Any and ALL advice would be appreciated!
