the recommendation on food labels and/or 15% of daily calories? no, you're fine to eat more than that.

    No.

I mean, 300g might start making you go a bit funny, but a few grams over the 0.8g-per-pound guideline is fine. People do 1g-per-pound, even 2g-per-pound, with no ill effects (apart from a lighter wallet.)

Calories are what matter for weight loss. As long as you're eating at a caloric deficit you should still lose weight.

Macro nutrients (carbs/fat/protein) help with hunger, health, and body composition. For instance, protein helps you to stay full and helps retain and repair your muscles. You can tailor your macro nutrient profile however you want to best fit your life.

MFP sets their protein level low anyway. Most people should be actively trying to stay in the red on their protein if they're using MFP's defaults.

If you have healthy kidneys then the answer is - no (excessive protein is not detrimental, but it is unnecessary).

Eat it, log it and enjoy it.
