I wouldn't worry :) I am very similar to you. I often eat between 80-90G of fat per day, with protein lower and carbs significantly lower. I am firm believer that fat won't hurt you- especially the kinds that you're eating. I think you're doing everything right. Mmmm Olives :)

Don't beat yourself up over every little "slip" or perceived failure. Positive thinking promotes positive action. Everything is a learning opportunity :) P.s. Most of us probably overindulged this weekend ;)

I really enjoy the Lean Turkey Pepperoni sticks from Costco. I chop two up, throw them in the skillet with some eggs and coconut oil (not overly concerned with eating 'just' the whites, so, typically two eggs) and spinach (two big handfuls, which wilts pretty quickly) and top with some sirracha. :) Curious to see others…

Funny- that's how I configured my macro's a while ago as well, and I truly feel no different than when I was eating the typical 50% carb load. I say this in a good way. It's showing me that I certainly don't need to rely on carbs as much as I thought for energy and to feel "good".
