If you drank it, it counts.

I would love to join!

You don't want to be asking internet strangers this, see a doctor.

I currently get one box quarterly to try Graze's new products, but I find them too expensive to get regularly. I can't find the boxes of 8 snacks though which is really annoying! This post made me crave Graze so I ended up bringing my delivery forward to the next available date  ah well if you can't have chocolate…

I've tried both. I liked WW but I stalled on it (probably all those weeklies) and I couldn't justify the expense when MFP is free. Ultimately the best combination for me has been my fitbit and MFP.

I'm the same height and weight as you, with similar goals. I've found if I want to lose those last few pounds, I'm going to have to eat at 1200. Otherwise I stall for weeks. A tip I've found is to cook more at home and eliminate snacks. I find if I'm cooking something lovely for tea I don't waste my calories on chocolate…

Get a fitbit, it will assess your activity for you.

I have the flex and I love it. Not sure why people are saying the small band is for children - I am a petite woman and I wear the small band.

I like the sound of this! Wouldn't normally eat a huge bar of chocolate or eat crisps but after 8pm it suddenly feels like a great idea!
-
That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.

I like weight watchers (well, the online app) but have always hated their meals. The portions are tiny, so I'd only eat them as a snack. The food itself is okay, but I'd rather make something or buy other brands of pre-prepared meals.

Ben and Jerry's ice cream... it's so expensive and definitely not worth the money but I love it! There's so many flavours I haven't tried yet too...

I'm a student on a small income and I manage to eat healthily. We get around it by buying packet mixes that can be mixed with chopped tomatoes/water to make a sauce. Those are usually cheap. Also, most veggies are affordable. Here, it's 50p for a brocolli and £1 for a cauliflower. There's only two of those so they last a…

You're probably eating too much. I'm a short girl too (5'2) and I'm losing on around 1300 calories right now. I don't exercise though. If I did, I'd probably only count a small portion of those exercise calories as myfitnesspal is known for overestimating.

We spend £30 a week max, but right now it's closer to £20.

I'm 5"2', 125lbs, and I eat 1,360 calories a day... should lose about .5lb a week. In reality, it's a lot more erratic than that.

I'm also a huge fan of frappacinnos.... I'm trying to keep my sugar intake down though so I'm avoiding them right now. Costa have a deal on them though and this nice weather doesn't help. :(

Eating later at night probably just makes you appear more bloated. I seriously doubt it makes you any fatter.

I would set my calories to maintenance for the day and stick to that!

I'm the same height as you, and I started at 140. I originally started out on 1200 calories and lost nearly 20lbs that way, but it took me ages because I kept starting and stopping. I'm now on 1370 and that works much better for me... I'd recommend you change your settings to 1/2lb a week :)

Thank you! It's taken me around 2 years to lose that weight but at least I haven't put it back on lol. Good luck to you too!

I'm not too bothered about 5lbs... 2lbs would be awesome though! Is it still ok to post? SW: 141lbs CW: 123lbs GW (May): 121lbs

Organic/non-organic has nothing to do with acid reflux... some herbal teas are known to make it worse, though. Edit: I'll also add, everything is chemicals. Salt is a chemical, as is water. Fruit has plenty of them. I presume you mean the 'bad ones'? Can you name which ones those are, or is this just a blind fear of…

Paul McKenna system is great but it takes a lot more work than you'd expect, because you have to tackle the issues that cause you to eat when you're not hungry. For example, if you eat when you're stressed, you need to find different coping mechanisms for that, which is harder than it sounds. However, it's a good plan and…
