Sounds like you need some good fats and protein. Check your diet and see if you are adding enough of these. Another common problem with dizziness is lack of hydration or too much caffeine. Good luck!

My weighing routine is to get up in the morning, wash my hands, put on my contacts, use the restroom, wash my hands again, put down the scale in the same exact spot as the day before and weigh myself a few times to ensure that I get the same result at least twice in a row for accuracy.

If I had used all my calories and it was only noon I'd review what I ate for the day and try to understand why they were gone.
