Joined january, gave up, restarted for good in March-ish. Started 437 lbs now 386 lbs and still dropping. Doing Zumba, walking, Have abowflex TreadClimber. I se a fitbit Flex and a Polar FT4 HRM.

subway.com has a really nice sandwich builder and calculates the calories for you for everything you add.

Plain bottled water, or tap water. I also get the Wal-Mart Clear American water. Its carbonated, tons of different flavors, with 0 sugar, 0 caffeine, 0 calories, and 0 sodium. Taste so good and its a 1 liter bottle for .68¢ its great. :-)

Mine isnt the stainless steel of glass top one, Ours is the bamboo top and easy to clean, just wipe and done.

So I should only be logging my food with MFP and my exercise with Fitbit and they should fix the issue? because right now I have burned 755 calories per MFP but then Fitbit for some reason added 900 calories and now I am only at -155 burned and I got really confused. Lol.

Skinny cow ice cream bars, sandwichs. They are low calories and really good Laughing Cow spreadable cheese, only like 35 calories and wedge

Skinny pop, I dont remember the calories but its low for like 4 cups, I like original and parmesan garlic.

Fruit Gushers, low in fat, and 90 calories Fruit roll ups, low in fat, 50 calories Skinny Sticks (My fave are sweet onion ones, taste just like fun-yons) 120 calories for 3 oz I think Cant think of anything else at the moment.

On good days, I get about a 80 - 90 minute work out I use a bowflex tread climber and do a lot of walking during the day and use another app MapMyFitness

Yeah, I usually never go over 1000 calories in and on most days (when weather is nice, not like today) I burn 800-1100 calories. Which is always leaving me in the negative for the end of the day and I just feel like I am doing something wrong, I mean, I have lost 42 pounds so far but I just wasnt sure if I was getting it…

40 hours per week, with an hour and 15 min commute per day, and roughly 10 or more hours workout per week. 30 mins while at work, and 1.5 hours at home a day or more.(Not including weekend hours.)
