I guess I just never knew about hair loss from losing weight until it happened. I am just really hoping it stops soon. The more reading I do online the more I see how losing weight so quickly was bad. I know I need to lose a lot more but I am going to try and do it a more healthy way.

I think I am definitely going to call the doctor on Monday.. I think I might have her check my thyroid too because that can cause hair loss.. I was trying to wait if it would stop but its been about 3 weeks and its still coming out like crazy.. scares me.

Yes, I did 2 rounds of Omni and have decided for myself I need to stop. I am pretty sure my body is malnourished. My skin is super dry, my hair is falling out... I have only had my period once since starting this but I didn't lose any weight the week I was on it... I think its just because you retain more water, the week after I lost 5lbs.

Fast food burgers and fries.. and Cereal! Frosted Mini wheats, fruity pebbles, fruit loops, raisin bran, cocoa puffs, you name it! I used LOVE cereal as my nightime snack.. now I just refuse to buy it because I know I will eat it.

Zumba fitness is fun and a workout too. My 5 year old daughter loves to do zumba also :) I love my wii.. I want the new country dance game.

I don't eat them back, my calorie goal is 1850 but I always make sure I eat at least 1200 calories (just food not net) and I have been losing pretty good. I started going this March 14th and have lost 25.5lbs already.

I have a lot to lose.. around 175 and it gives me a total of 1850 calories to eat per day and I have it set that I am working out 5 days a week for 30min a peice.. I put I am moderatly active during my work day.. try to reset your goals and see if it changes it.. just go through the steps again.

I have one of her DVD's "3 mile weight loss" I have been doing it everyday and its 3 miles in 45 minutes so I have been logging it under "brisk walk 4mph" Since thats what 3 miles in 45 min is.. but there is so much more than just walking in the dvd so I am assuming that I may be burning more, plus I use weights with it..
