Just like you I saw a picture of myself and how unheathly I looked. So I decided I was going to do something about it. Which I have and still doing it. Wish it would have hit me about 10yrs ago, but better late then never...

If your doing a very low impact ankle weights would be ok, but you don't want to run with ankle weights on. They will increase the impact on your joints and can led to problems.

Just eat those things you like in moderation... Dont make it so hard on yourself... You can cheat from time to time. I still have a steak and potatos at least once a week. I eat pasta late at night, and I'm still removing weight. It's all in moderation..

Currently doing Insanity and I love it.... Ok maybe not love it... But you'll burn a ton of calories and tone up. Plus it's just your body your pushing, no additional equipment needed...

I was in that same boat... To me it's the hardest thing for me in losing weight is eating enough healthy food. One thing that's helped me is protien shakes... I take a weight gainer shake after I workout every morning... it gives me 620 calories... I would look at something like that. Look at the Vatimen Shoppe or GNC..

I've dropped 45 lbs since jan 15, 2011... But I did have a lot more I could lose then you... But I've cut out most alchol consumption as well. So it diffently helps with losing weight.

This might no be what you want to hear, but there's no easy way. Diet and Exercise... Everybody I've ever known that has done Atkins(8 people), have lost weight, but put it back on plus more. I know you want to lose the weight fast, but if you do that you have better chance of putting right back on. I'm no expert, but take…
