Keep track of your measurments... That is where you see the most movement intially. Remember, you're getting in shape not just losing weight. The fat will come off!!!

There are always negitave people out there. Dont dwell on them. Focus on what your doing and enjoying. I know it seems like they are trying to bring you down, but most are just jealous that you have the will power. Just let it go in one ear and out the other.

I use a knee brace too... I inflammed my MCL when I was running before Insanity... That stopped hurting, then the outside of my knee started hurting... It's been a battle for a month... Just Ice it twice a day, once after working out, and once in the evening. If it swells up, take 800mg of Ibuprofen... That'll help with…
