had 720 cals today ( great workout ) dunno if is double day ? ( today ) if so my total is 1440 if is 4x is 2880 ( can t belive it ... wish I d live the day when I ll really burn this much on one single day ) ... my highest till now is 800 but hope I ll break it soon ...

I'd go for Saturday too and Thursday and any other day Monday ... maybe :D ... I changed actually my long run from Sunday to Monday so that I can do it when is double so pleaseeee :wink: if is possible don't change, leave Monday there ... ( Saturday is fine too )

thanks , I actually got injured too because of not having good running shoes and I know for sure I could not run barefoot. As Chiqui said - depends on you , your body or whtever what fits you best ... :) and ... I think the point that this article makes is that ...rigidity and seeing the things in black and white is bad…

Hi, For yesterday sorry my bf came by suprize ( I m in a long distance relationship ) and I didn t log my evening juice+ run anymore however - I did 448 calories, is not a lot still is something. If is double or triple day will help a little .

I acually decided not to go for a 100 % juice diet but to include boiled beef meat ( very lean meat ) and other sort of lean proteins because I don't want to loose muscles. However, if the other mates are for other days I can adjust my runs too, I ll just switch some days , is no problem in the end ! :)

I m going to train or a 15 K and I plan to have 'long' runs on Sundays - 3m, 7m , 8m and 10k in the next 4 Sundays so I'd go for Sunday. For water days anything is fine with me since I usually drink a lot but I just don't log it properly - i ll do it better from now on.

the way to go is not , not to eat anything at all but to eat things that are not crap . U can go on a 'diet' with mostly fruits and vegetables for something like 1 een and with as much natural stuff as possible ( not processed food). Indeed, if u don t eat at lest 1200 calories per day your body will go into starvation…
