  • thanks everybody :) . I had no c-section ... but I had an appendicitis cut so might be that too , it tends to hurt a little more on the side where that is.   • check online the brand and how many /what foods they have in the database that is there.It depends a lot on how much they put in there because u might not find the foods otherwise I imagine is something like my fitness pal - u enter the food and the weight and u ll get the info from the list ... but check the ratings for it

  • I didn't eat them back first time I came here and a couple of times later - what happened is I stopped loosing and put my body in a bad plateau mode and stayed there for a while ( pb I went into starvation). Your goal is set anyways to have a calorie defficit so that even with eating those as long as u stay in your calorie…

  • hi , cardio at 75 % of your max heart rate will work and reduce it in time, for sure - I'm doing it since a month or so but meanwhile work out the abbs with crunches, planks , bicycles and whatever u feel like - the more toned the muscles the faster the fat goes off :)
