Thanks guys! I Im still on here reading away to keep the food at bay! lol I have water here and if cravings continue ill try the fruit! No candy at home so before bed is out. I do have a protien bar that tastes like chocolate chip cookie so I may just eat some of that!

Im in a food rut! Any suggestions welcome! I ususally do a protien shake for breakfast and salad for lunch. Greek yogurt almonds yadda yadda......what do you eat??

Hi everyone! I'm 42 and been up and down all m life! I'm on my way down now but I've stated weight training and now I've gained. Anyone else? If so how long did that gain last before you started losing again?

I went to an hour piloxing class this morning and doing body combat tonight. I dont usually do this much but im off work today and its to cold to do anything else :)

Do whatever works for you. I exercise in the morning and dont eat first. I never have an issue. Some will say food will help your workout but for me it doesnt matter. Good Luck

Thanks for all the advice. My shoes never seem to matter, new or old I get stiff. Maybe stretching, and no I guess I dont do much of a cool down. Dynamic warm up? Sounds interesting I wil look into that. I seem to be hips and knees both get stiff. I was thinking hot tub but maybe its just an excuse to buy on LOL!!
