Add me, I'm also VERY serious about my weight loss! I'm never been so heavy in my life but I'm about 10 days in and I'm doing great so far! I'd love to give and receive some encouragement and support. :-)

Try drinking some of your calories to hit your goal. A glass of orange juice or milk are good healthy choices. You could also pick healthy, calorie dense foods like an avocado or a handful of cashews.

I do. I take a multivitamin, fish oil capsules, and CLA. It's easier to keep track of my nutrients and fish oil + CLA has calories and fat.

I just joined MFP but the last time I was trying to lose weight years ago I would treat myself with a food I normally "wasn't allowed" (Pizza, Chicken Wings, Nachos) to eat whenever I accomplished a mini goal.
