Im dropping plenty of weight and Im eating below the 1200 mark some days. Its a matter of eating allot of low calorie foods. So instead of eating one or two really high calorie meals, I can eat like 6 low cal, low carb meals.

I wouldnt advise going back to WW. WW is a support program not an active lifestyle change. I'm eating 1200 cals a day, losing weight and not feeling hungry at all! You're more than welcome to look at my food diaries for ideas!

Did you wash them? My clothes shrink a little when I was them then as the material slackens over half an hour, they are falling off again...

I dont even resist! I just eat things I'm allowed! Skinny Cow dessets and Atkins Bars Endulge bars. Give me my sweet fix and I dont feel guilty because it fits in my calorie allowance!

If you put your diary on private it ruins the influence. You're no longer accountable. Keep it on public and just be honest! If your accountable youre more likely to behave yourself.

I find that I don't drop much weight at all if I am consuming more than say... 50-85 grams of carbs in a day. I keep well clear of bread, rice, potatoes. ETC ETC

Yeah you're probably right. I might take one dog (the one that WONT try to pull my arm off the moment I open to gate). For a light half an hour walk but no uphill battles or jogging.

I have grilled chicken breast with cajun spicing, a salad made up of iceburg lettuce, capsicum, onion and the slightest bit of low fat fetta cheese with balsamic vinegar dressing! Its a treasure.

I take my good old multi-vitamin every morning. I swear it is placebo though! I never feel any more uplifted by them!
